Urmila Matondkar and Kangana Ranaut are in war of words since many days . Putting it all to rest, Urmila has now thanked the ‘real people of India’ for their support.
This all started with an interview where Urmila told Kangana that Himachal Pradesh (her hometown) is the origin of drugs. She later accused the actress of playing victim and woman card, also questioning the Y-security she received while arriving to Mumbai.
Kangana, in another interview, went on to call Urmila a soft porn star, receiving backlash from many. She also clarified getting Y-security.
Ram Gopal Varma, who directed Urmila in ‘Rangeela’, had come to her support. He tweeted, “She has more than proved her versatile support.”
Anurag Kashyap, who got into a Twitter battle with Kangana, also shared that the Amul poster, which people were trolling Urmila through, was meant to be an appreciation. He pointed out that the poster released right after ‘Rangeela’ hit theatres.
If I am Not mistaken , this came out when “Rangeela” released and not now. And it was based on the fact that Urmila was the child actor in “Masoom”. It was meant to be an appreciation . Now misused by trolls after the current scenario.

Now, Urmila herself has ended the conversation by thanking the ‘real people of India’. “Thank you the “Real People of India” and a rare breed of unbiased, dignified media for standing by me. It’s Your victory over fake IT trolls n propoganda. Deeply touched..humbled #JaiHind,” she tweeted.
