Somy Ali who has entered the Bollywood in 1992. The actress did a movie called Buland with Salman Khan. She later went on to do movies like Anth, Yaar Gaddar, Teesra Kaun, Krishan Avtaar, Andolan and a couple of more films. While she was working in Bollywood, the actress also dated Salman Khan. Her relationship with the actor was all over in the news. It was recently when she claimed that the actor cheated on him and that’s the reason she broke up with him and left.
Apart from talking about her breakup with the Dabangg actor, the former actress told Zoom Digital that she had a bad experience in Bollywood. In an exclusive chat with us, Somy spoke about an instance which made her uncomfortable in the film industry.
“A couple of directors tried to have sex with me. I was in a horribly abusive relationship. So yes, it was pretty bad overall,” she told us. The former actress further shared that she has no plans to make a comeback in Bollywood.
“No. I did not have an interest then nor do I have any now. I was a complete misfit there,” she added. Besides talking about her bad experience in Bollywood, Somy also shared that she did not a learn single thing from Salman. “But I learned a lot of good things from his parents. The biggest thing I learned is that they never saw religion and treated every human being equally. Their home was open to everyone and love permeated throughout their house especially from Salma (Salman’s mother) aunty,” she added.
