Television actress Nia Sharma’s spontaneous statement about her ‘Jamai 2.0’ co-star Ravi Dubey recently caught fans off guard! The small screen hottie casually said at an event that her co-star Ravi is the ‘best kisser’. Needless to say, the video of the same went viral. Not just fans but Ravi and his wife Sargun Mehta were also surprised about her quick remark and took it sportingly!
For the uninitiated, the two shared some intimate scenes in the web series including an underwater kissing scene. When Ravi found Nia labelling him as the best kisser, he took it positively and even expressed gratitude for being a good co-star.
During his chat with Times Now, Ravi said, “My jaw dropped. You know what I am extremely fond of that girl and Nia knows it. Rather I and Sargun both are fond of Nia. When we saw the video, me and Sargun, we really laughed because we know Nia na, hum dono usko acchi tareeke se jaante hain. And what else can I say ya?.”
He went on to add that he will take the label as a compliment. “I am going to take it as a compliment (laughs). Like I said, anything she says, it is Nia being Nia and that makes me even more fond of her. So, there’s no bad blood, nothing negative there,” he adds.
He also shared how they have shed their inhibitions while doing intimate scenes. Crediting Nia for the same, he said that she does not let the scene be awkward. Adding further, he said that the intimate scenes in the second season were much easier to pull off because of her.
‘Jamai 2.0’ was a digital sequel of the popular TV serial ‘Jamai Raja.’ The web series had a successful run. Now, the second season of the same is soon to arrive with meatier content.
