Samantha is back from the spiritual trip that she took to The Himalayas with her best friend, Shilpa Reddy. After her separation from Naga Chaitanya, Samantha has been going on multiple trips with her friends. The actress completed her Char Dham yatra and said that she has always been fascinated with the Himalayas ever since she read the Mahabharata.
Samantha is enjoying her spiritual vacation to the Himalayas. On October 2, the actress announced that she and her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya were separated. According to reports, she has filed for divorce by mutual consent ending four years of their marriage.
On October 24, she took to Instagram to reveal that her Char Dham yatra with her best friend Shilpa Reddy has now come to an end. Sharing a picture with Shilpa, the U-Turn actress said that she always wanted to visit the Himalayas after she read Mahabharata.
She wrote, “End of an amazing trip! #CharDhamYatra #yamanotri #gangotri #kedarnath #badrinath I have always been fascinated by the Himalayas ever since I read the Mahabharata it has been a dream to visit this paradise on Earth, a place of great mystery .. the abode of Gods. It has been everything I hoped it would. Serene and majestic .. a complex confusion between myth and reality. Absolutely breathtaking!! The Himalayas will have a special place in my heart. Yesterday, Samantha and Shilpa Reddy visited the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s ashram where The Beatles practised meditation and wrote nearly 48 songs. Calling herself a fangirl, she shared some beautiful pictures.
She captioned the post saying, “To stand where the Beatles once did. At Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s ashram where they practised ‘Transcendental Meditation ‘ and wrote some of their famous songs.. 48 of them. I mean (sic).”
