Naagin 5 is breaking many records on television and show is getting huge love from the fans. The show has been doing well on the TRP charts. Actors Hina Khan, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Mohit Malhotra have given us an amazing start to this supernatural show. Sarvashresth Adi Naagin, Hridaay, and Cheel Aakesh’s story has been very interesting and fans have loved this amazing start of the show. Soon Sarvashresth Adi Naagin, Hridaay, and Cheel Aakesh were reborn as Bani, Jay, and Veer. Surbhi Chandna, Mohit Sehgal, and Sharad Malhotra took over as the leads and did a brilliant job. However, fans have loved Hina Khan, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Mohit Malhotra in the beginning. Mohit Malhotra played the role of a Naag, Hridaay. His chemistry with Hina Khan was appreciated. He has a short but brilliant role to play in the show. Recently, in an interview with Spotboye, he spoke about wanting to work on the OTT platform.
He said, “I am looking for all kinds of interesting roles. Comedy is something that has been on my mind for a while and I would love to be part of something like that. Even on OTT I am looking forward to great stories or content.” Mohit Malhotra spoke about his role as Naag in the show. He said, “Naagin is India’s most popular show and it was a great opportunity to be a part of it. It worked very well for me because I didn’t want to commit a long time to a show, so it was absolutely apt for me. The experience was absolutely astounding, I loved each and every day I shot for it. Honestly, I had a lot of fun doing this genre so it was an incredible experience.”
Mohit Malhotra recently started his production house, Roots Entertainment and shared that he also wants to do direction. He said, “Roots Entertainment is at the moment focused on music and we launched a music label called Roots Music, so production is taking a lot of my time. I don’t know if direction is on my mind yet, but I love the art of film making and it’s on my list so it will come as and when it has to.”
