It was recently revealed that an Indian businessman owns 22 apartments in the tallest building of the world, Burj Khalifa.
George V Nereaparambil, who was once a mechanic, now is the proud owner of the 22 owners in Burj Khalifa and he said that he is not going to stop with this. This Indian businessman said that he is also set to buy more apartments in the building whenever he gets a good deal on it.

George V Nereapatambil started as a mechanic in India and then became a market trader at the very young age of 11. He is a Kerala born, Dubai based businessman, and he is considered as one of the biggest private owners in the BurjKalifa building. He said that he is a dreamer and never wishes to stop at anything. He wants to buy more and more.
Mr. Nereaparambil was of the view that in the deserts of Dubai the business of air conditioning had great scope and so he started trading on it since 1976 and built the GEO Group of Companies. Before this the businessman has helped his father in the trade of cash crops since the age of 11.
How and why he got the apartments in BurjKhalifa
It is said that a relative of his teased him by saying as he will never be able to enter the BurjKhalifa, and on the same day. In the year 2010, Nereaparambil rented an apartment in BurjKhalifa and started living there. And in the next year, this businessman has become the owner of 22 out of the 900 apartments in the world’s tallest building. Five of those 22 apartments of them are rented and the remaining assets of his are waiting for the right tenants, as he announced in recent interview.

His next major plan is to build a canal from Trivandrum to Kasarakod, the water of which will be used for irrigation and producing electricity. This canal will help in growing vegetables, cultivate fish and the slurry will be used as fertilizer. The main objective of this project would be to give back to the nature.
