Dharamsala is a city in Himachal’s Kangra district. It was previously known by the name of Bhagsu. Now, the Chief Minister, Mr. Virbhadra Singh plans to make Dharamsala as the winter capital of Himachal Pradesh. After J&K Himachal Pradesh will the second state in the country which have two capitals during summer and winter season.
Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Thursday declared Dharamsala, situated in the snow capped Dhauladhar range, will be the second capital of Himachal Pradesh.
The people of these areas would now be benefitted of this extraordinary status and they would not have to go to longer distance for their works.
