Dan Hotels is one of the largest Hotel Chains in Israel and now it is all set to venture into the Indian market by opening its first hotel in the Bangalore city. The construction of the Dan Hotel in India is under its way and the inauguration will be held in another 10 to 12 months’ time.
The facility will provide a 230-room hotel for both international and local guests. The five-star hotel will be located in the Whitefield area of Bangalore. The company has acquired 2 acre plot for constructing the hotel. According to the Director of the Dan Hospitality the hotel will target people primarily belonging to the business class and corporate around the city. The details of what kind of luxury offering will the hotel have is yet to be announced.

Dan Hotels has about 14 properties in Israel with a total inventory of more than 3,800 rooms. These hotels are situated across cities like Jerusalem, Haifa, Ashkelon, etc. This hotel at Bangalore is their first venture outside Israel, apart from the marketing and sales office in New York.
According to the Director of the company, they have chosen Bangalore for their first hotel in India, as they think that Bangalore has great potential and is a place where small ad big businesses are growing. Since the target of the hotel is to attract business travelers, Bangalore will be a perfect choice. Also Bangalore has many Israeli tech companies, so they feel that Bangalore would be the best to start their venture in India.

Once the hotel in Bangalore is established, the company would also seek to extend their facility to the other Indian states and cities. The construction supervisor of the Hotel said that they have received complete help and support from the Indian government and the local administrative body in building the facility.
The opening of this hotel will also see the coming of many more tourists from the country of Israel to the Indian city, as they would trust the facility provided by the Dan Hotels. In any case, it would be beneficial to the revenue of the country.
