When the first poster of Anand Pandit’s upcoming production Chehre was released a few weeks back, there were murmurs of why Rhea Chakraborty was left out of the poster. She was not seen in the subsequent poster and teaser. However, she was seen in a blink-and-miss appearance in the trailer of the film that was released earlier today. Before the trailer released when Anand Pandit was asked about Rhea’s absence from the promotions of the film, he told a tabloid that he has chosen to stay quiet over the matter for the time being. He said that they will answer questions regarding her at the right time.
Now, with the release of the trailer, Pandit put to rest all speculations around Rhea being in the film or not. He said, “There was never any question of not having Rhea in the film. She was, is and will always be an integral part of Chehre. I don’t believe in getting swayed so easily.”
Earlier it was announced that Chehre starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in the lead would release on April 30. But last week they preponed the release of the film to April 9. The film directed by Rumy Jafry also stars Siddhanth Kapoor, Krystle Dsouza, Raghubir Yadav and Annu Kapoor. The film is produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited.
