Recently, a video of healthcare workers dancing in celebration of Covid-19 vaccines at a hospital in Boston is doing the rounds of the internet and has gone viral on social media. Kate Walsh, President and CEO of the Boston Medical Center, posted the short clip on Twitter and it has been viewed over four million times so far.
In the viral TikTok clip, healthcare workers in face masks danced to American singer Lizzo’s hit song Good As Hell outside the hospital. As per a report published in USA Today, Boston Medical was one of the first places in the state to receive the vaccine. Boston.com reports that the hospital received nearly 2,000 doses earlier this week.
“Why I love my job @The_BMC! Teams of people working to safely and equitably distribute vaccines to their front line colleagues getting cheered on by their friends celebrating the arrival of the vaccines! A great day, a great place,” Kate Walsh said in the caption of her post.
