Kannada Bigg Boss 3 contestant Jayashree Ramaiah took to social media early on July 22 to state that she is leaving the world. She sent the social media world in a shock by expressing how she is done with the world and depression. Following her post on Facebook, fans and friends immediately tried to reach out to her. Many close friends and acquaintances even tried calling her and asked her to respond to their calls. They all asked her to avoid taking any extreme step.
The same morning, she also shared another post claiming that she is fine and safe. Further, in the post, she thanked everyone and stated how she loves them. Soon, many friends and fans responded to her post and asked her to stay strong and know that there are a lot of people who love her.
Jayashree has been battling depression for some time now. Due to the lack of professional opportunities and family issues, she has been dealing with some mental health issues. Talking about the same, actor Ashvithi Shetty quoted to Times of India, “Jayashree has been battling depression for a while now. She had family issues and was also concerned about the lack of work,” further adding, “She has shared several times about how low she’s been and I would try to cheer her up. But the problem was that she’d keep changing her phone number so often that it became difficult to keep track of how she was doing.”
It has been revealed that Jayashree moved out of her home with her family to stay alone. The decision reportedly made her happy as she was satisfied with the new developments in her life. However, the happiness was shortlived as she retreated again. Ashvithi stated, “But she went retreated again and a few days ago, I messaged her on social media and she said she was doing fine. So I was shocked to see this update on Wednesday morning,” and also added, “But I also got contradictory information that she had been discharged and had been taken to the hospital again but she was refusing to go inside. I am awaiting more clarity on the issue.”
