The year 2017, hasn’t gone well for the TVF CEO Arunabh Kumar. Earlier this year, the former TVF employee has raised a complaint against the TVF’s (The Viral Fever) founder and CEO Arunabh Kumar of molestation and sexual harassment at the Andheri police station.

Following the incident, the respective authority has booked TVF CEO under the Indian Penal Code sections 354 and 509. The victim prefers social medium to raise the complaint instead of giving official statement however, the action was taken on behalf of the third party complaint from the Supreme Court lawyer Rizwan Siddique.

Even though, there has been no official FIR was filled against the TVF CEO, recently the second complaint has been booked against the CEO of TVF kumar at Versova Police Station with similar accusations of sexual harassment.

The accusation has been continuously denied by both TVF management and also by kumar. However, in response to the recent personal attack, the CEO of the TVF, MR. Arunabh Kumar has posted a tweet which showcases the message of Kumar stepping down from the CEO post of TVF. The same has been confirmed by the TVF officials; also Mr. Dhawal Gusain will replace Kumar as CEO of TVF.


While replying to the viral post on medium, the TVF officials pointed that no person was hired by the muzaffarpur city which is quoted by the female employee who written a post in the medium by accusing the former CEO of TVF. In the official message, the TVF also added that they own lot of pride over their employees who work hard to turn our company towards its success. And also they treat all employees without gender basis with a safe and comfortable workplace environment.

It also added that there will be proper investigation over the author and bring the writer in front of the justice who posted false allegations on the medium with the intention of spoiling the TVF’s image.
