In line with Dubai Tourism’s perspective of gaining 20 thousand guests annually by 2020, Atlantis has declared a comprehensive remodeling development across Atlantis, The Palm.
The investment will come together with a development, with the brand’s second property; The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences also set to start up on The Palm in 2019.
Atlantis, The Palm stocks amazing results during the first five months of 2017, which saw occupancy levels of 93 % generally, with an 11 % increase annually.
Boosted by aggressive space rates and an improvement in guests from Russia, China, India and European countries such as France and Germany, the incorporated entertainment destination has become the quickest growing resort in the area, exceeding its opponents in the total rate of occupancy growth.
Starting this month, the five-star location resort will begin on a three-year remodeling program, such as the hotels 1,539 areas and packages.
The project will see 50 areas and packages renovated every six weeks, to ensure that visitor experience will not be affected, with finalization benchmarked for 2019 just in time for the World Expo 2020.
The room renovation project comes before the release of Atlantis’ second Dubai residence the $1.4 billion dollars Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences, which is set to change the scenery of Dubai upon release at the end of 2019.
Located on the crescent of The Palm and next to the enduring Atlantis resort, this new creation of unique high-class will offer 231 residences and 795 new visitor areas and packages on over ten hectares of area.
The company’s profile has also extended to China, with Atlantis Sanya, Hainan set to start up in 2018.
