LivSpace is the one of the leading online home décor and designing platform. They are the one of the major player in the ecommerce platform recently and having been in online for 5 years they are trying a multi-channel bandwagon now. LivSpace is looking forward to establish 25 experience centers. Along with the experience centers they are planning up for apartments and they are going to make it in next 12 to 18 months of time.


Anuj, the founder of LivSpace says that they are allotting 25 Crore for construction of experience centers but it may go up as per the need further once the construction has been started. Initially the first experience center was launched in the year 2015 and it was backed by Bessemer Ventures. LivSpace is looking forward to launch flagship stores in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. They are planning to set up apartments and smaller format stores in these cities.

Actually each order for the company has been satisfied through online as no order has been completed in offline. The founder of LivSpace believes that this new plan would bring drastic increase in the number of orders that come for the company. Actually the investment in offline would escalate the customer conversion so that they can sell more number of products than before. When it comes to offline sales, taking orders and selling would be easier and it will increase customer walking in to the business. Revenue generation through experience center is being aimed to increase 30 to 40 percent.
